Made on the notes app while commuting home from work, this digital painting is about building a chosen family from the people who show you unconditional love and how that love makes you strong. I made this painting when I felt afraid of loss during my second pregnancy by assigning colors to friends and family and then imagining that colors flowing through my blood and moving between myself and my growing baby.
